Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing time includes preparing, packing, and dispatching your order. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that these are estimated business days, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, local postal services, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, Phiuby is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, Phiuby cannot guarantee that the order can be redirected or recovered. Additional shipping costs may apply if a replacement shipment is required.

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
